- Access the My Account home page.
- Select the Reset password link.
- Select User name or Email from the drop-downunder 'Find my account by:' andthenenter username/email address in the adjoining field.

- The following will be displayed for both options when valid data is inputted:
- If a valid username has been identified, the system sends an email with the username and a link to reset the password. Follow the instructions flagged IMPORTANT in email sent to your inbox.
- Ifuser name is not known, try using the email option.
- If a validemail has been identified, the system sends an email with the username and a link to reset the password. Follow the instructions flagged IMPORTANT in email sent to your inbox.
- Be aware, the link provided in the email will be valid for 90 minutes only.
- If there are multiple accounts associated to the email address, the system only sends an email containing one Sign In ID (Login/Username).
- If the one sent is not correct, you will need to contact Citrix Customer Service in your area to obtain the correct Sign In username.
- Select the appropriate username under Login and follow the instructions flagged IMPORTANT in message sent to your email inbox.
