Edge is the default browser on the Microsoft platforms (Windows 10 and Xbox One) and adds a lot of features which were lacking in Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer is still available on Windows 10 and Xbox One in case you need to use a website that works with Internet Explorer but not Edge. If you want to revert to Legacy Edge (currently v.44.18362.449.0), you would have to uninstall the new version and then block the automatic upgrade. Legacy Edge would then be re-instated. The new Microsoft Edge is based on Chromium and was released on January 15, 2020. It is compatible with all supported versions of Windows, and macOS. With speed, performance, best in class compatibility for websites and extensions, and built-in privacy and security features, it's the only browser you'll ever need. Microsoft Edge 44 (18-Edge HTML) Although you may be able to access ColoradoVSS using a different browser other than Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox, you may experience connectivity issues and blank screens while navigating the site.
